Earlier this year, we hosted an Easter Giveaway on our TikTok featuring the Zippy Burrow Easter Carrot Dog Toy. To ensure it was up to the task, our Border Collies, Brodie and Belle, put it to the test.
Before I even got the Zippy Burrow Easter Carrot Dog Toy out of the packaging, I had two eager pups at my beck and call. Tails wagging, eyes wide with excitement—instant joy as I invited them to check it out. Belle, always the curious one, dove right in, stuffing her snout into the holes to search for the bunnies. At nearly two years old, she still has that puppy tornado energy, bouncing around and loving every moment. She had a blast tossing the bunnies in the air, catching them, and tackling them to the ground—super adorable!
Brodie, usually the laid-back one, was surprisingly enthusiastic. He typically saves his energy for balls and isn't usually keen on other toys, but he loved this carrot. As you can see from the video, he was fully engaged, searching for the bunnies and flipping the carrot around. The two even played tug of war, which I must admit, I worried would rip the toy to shreds. But surprisingly, it held up for weeks of vigorous play from these two energetic pups.
The bunnies are a super cute addition to this toy. Not only can you hide them inside the carrot, but Brodie also enjoyed bringing them to us for a game of fetch. And let's not forget—the toy squeaks! This drove both of them crazy with excitement. I'd love to tell you that once I squeaked the toy, they'd come rushing, but I never got the chance. As soon as I even moved toward their toy box, they were up and ready, tails wagging and noses sniffing out their favorite toy.
